Terms & Conditions

  • Prices are based on the number of people shown in the icons above (additional person/s charges will apply)
  • All prices include GST
  • Prices subject to change without notice
  • No refunds on early departures
  • All linen supplied in Tourist Accommodation
  • Children under the age of 2 stay free all year round
  • Minimum of 2 nights booking on all accommodation all year round. One-night bookings (last minute) are only accepted when booked within 7 days of arrival.
  • A minimum of 3 nights booking on all accommodation and powered sites over long weekends excluding the Christmas and Easter period where a minimum of 4 nights booking applies.
  • A minimum of 2 nights booking on Premium Ensuite Sites applies all year round

Booking Conditions and Cancellations

Minimum Nights Stay

  • A minimum of 2 nights booking on all accommodation all year round. One-night bookings (last minute) are only accepted when booked within 7 days of arrival.
  • A minimum of 3 nights booking on all accommodation and powered sites over long weekends.
  • A minimum of 4 nights booking over the Easter and Christmas Period on all accommodation and powered sites.
  • A minimum of 2 nights booking on premium powered ensuite sites all year round.

Cancellation Policy

  • Full payment of the booking is required at the time of booking.
  • Refunds may only be available for cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the booking arrival.
  • A cancellation fee will apply to all bookings.
  • There are strictly no refunds for bookings made on long weekends or in peak season.
  • There are also strictly no refunds with bookings made where cancellation insurance has been declined at the time of booking.
  • Park Management reserves the right to relocate or cancel any booking at its discretion.
  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (inc GST) and may be subject to change without notice at the discretion of Banksia Tourist Park.

Pet Policy

Lapdogs are allowed with your own caravan, campervan or bus and selected park accommodation (outside room) at the discretion of management. No pets allowed on premium-powered ensuite sites. Management has the right to disapprove any pets at their discretion. Conditions apply.

Payment Type

Cash or VISA accepted on arrival. NO cheques, Diners Cards or American Express Cards accepted.
